House Rules

We want every guest to have a comfortable and respectful stay. Please review the house rules before booking.

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM CST
• Checkout: Before 11:00 AM CST
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• Minimum age to rent: 25 years old
• Minimum stay: 2 nights
• Pets: No pets without written permission
• Smoking: No smoking inside the property
• Events or parties: Not allowed without prior approval from the owner
• Quiet hours: No loud noise after 11:00 PM or before 9:00 AM
• Accessibility: All lofts are upstairs and require stairs. The units are not wheelchair accessible.

Please treat the lofts with care. Lock all doors when leaving, respect the surrounding businesses and neighbors, and contact Clint before hosting any event or gathering on the property.

Checkout Instructions

• Gather used towels and place them in the tub or shower.
• Leave beds unmade.
• Remove trash.
• Empty the refrigerator completely.
• Leave dishes in the dishwasher or as instructed in the unit.
• Set the thermostat to 78 degrees.
• Make sure all doors and windows are locked and shut.
• Return all keys or leave property keys on the kitchen countertop as instructed.
