About Childres Lofts
Childres Lofts offers comfortable upstairs loft accommodations in the heart of historic downtown Miles, Texas. Each loft is designed to give guests more room, more comfort, and more convenience than a typical hotel stay, while still keeping the quiet charm of a small West Texas town.
Both loft apartments include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, street or on-site parking, comfortable bedrooms, and the everyday essentials guests need for a weekend visit, family trip, work stay, wedding weekend, or longer stay in the area.
Our goal is simple: provide a clean, comfortable, well-stocked place where guests can feel at home while they are in Miles.
Please note: Because the lofts are located upstairs in a historic building, guests must be able to climb stairs. The units are not wheelchair accessible.

Childres Lofts was created to give visitors a better place to stay in Miles — a place with character, space, and the comforts of home.
Miles is a small town with deep roots in farming, ranching, local business, and West Texas hospitality. For many guests, it is a place they return to for family, weddings, hunting season, school events, work, holidays, or quiet weekends away. We wanted the lofts to reflect that same sense of welcome.
Instead of a cramped hotel room, guests can enjoy a spacious upstairs apartment with a kitchen, laundry, comfortable beds, and room to gather. Whether you are staying for a few nights or settling in for a longer visit, Childres Lofts is meant to feel easy, comfortable, and familiar.
