Terms & Conditions

By booking Childres Lofts, guests agree to the short-term vacation rental terms for the property. These terms are designed to protect the guest, the owner, the property, and future guests.

The rental agreement includes policies related to payment, security deposit, guest occupancy, minimum renter age, smoking, pets, parking, check-in and checkout, cancellations, damage, prohibited activities, and guest responsibility.

Guest Responsibility

The person booking the stay is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the reservation. The guest who signs the agreement must personally be in residence during the stay and is responsible for all persons invited or allowed to remain on the property.

Minimum Age

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property and may be asked to provide valid identification at check-in.

Occupancy

Occupancy is limited to the approved number of guests listed on the reservation. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests per loft unless otherwise approved in writing.

Smoking

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If smoking outside, doors must remain closed and cigarette butts must be safely and properly disposed of.

Pets

No pets are allowed without specific written permission.

Events and Parties

House parties, social events, dinners, family reunions, or any gathering involving guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed without prior written approval.

Noise

No loud noise is allowed after 11:00 PM or before 9:00 AM.

Parking

Vehicle parking is limited to designated spaces at the property or legal public overnight parking. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas may be towed.

Damage Deposit

A security deposit may be required to hold the reservation. Upon arrival, the security deposit converts to a damage deposit. The damage deposit may be returned within 3 to 7 business days after checkout, provided there is no damage, no missing items, all keys are returned, and no agreement violations have occurred.

Violations

Violations of the rental agreement may result in eviction and forfeiture of amounts paid, including the damage deposit, as described in the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for the return of the security deposit.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable, and the security deposit will be retained by the owner. This includes cancellations due to illness, medical emergencies, death in the family, travel changes, or other unexpected events.

In rare circumstances outside our control, such as an extended power or utility outage, severe weather, destruction of the property, or major damage that makes the property unavailable, we will do our best to make alternative arrangements when possible.

If we cannot provide alternative arrangements, or if the available alternative is not acceptable, any monies paid will be refunded. This refund will be the full extent of our liability in such circumstances.
